  • If you're contemplating getting your car washed in the Las Vegas area, do not patronize Terrible Herbst located at Sahara Avenue and Valley View Boulevard (3650 W. Sahara Ave.) Las Vegas. I saw the attendant steal money and valuables from my car. He wasn't even smart enough to figure out how to release the emergency brake when driving my car from the vacuum area to the car wash. I was told by Mike Clayton, the Vice President of Terrible Car Wash Division, that he would fully reimburse me. He compensated for only a fraction of a single car wash ($6.99) and nothing whatsoever for the money and expensive pens stolen. The people working at this car wash are inattentive and rude. It even appears that some of the employees don't have operating licenses. Whatever you do, never go to the bathroom, as they are so filthy that the health department should close this place down for their condition.
