  • Went to go consigned 2 pair of shoes. One of the employee offered to buy one on spot for -$20. I decline because I originally want $600 each but they said they can only list it up for $550(they charge 10% so $495 is what I'll get). The employee said "seriously you'd rather wait for $20?". I said I'm not in a rush but to be honest I don't care about the $20 or how long it'll take to sell the shoe, it's just his attitude that give me no interest in his money. He bought it anyway tho. I went in 2 weeks later to check on my other shoes because it's not on their website and not shown in store. They said it's still there and we asked to get it back but they said it'll be $15 if we take it back before one month so we decided to wait until one month. I called in a day later pretending to be someone else and asked if they have a triple black ultra boost and they said no. I had a feeling this was going to happen so I just wait until today (one month) I went in the store to get my shoe back. The same guy said it was sold and I just have to write a review of how shitty their service is and hope someone will do something about it. It's such a waste of time trying to sell your shoe with them because you have to please them even tho they get 10% of what you get. WILL NEVER RETURN The response to my review just proved exactly what I said about the service. If you can look back on the camera. I went in exactly two weeks after we consigned the shoes and was told that the shoe hasn't been sold yet. We went on again today and was told that the check won't be ready till Tuesday. I also don't understand what you meant by we get paid more for the first shoe. We supposed to get $495 for both shoes and that's how much we got for the first shoes. To be exact, we got 5 $100 so we return $5 to your employee. Check your security camera before you say anything in case you have seen how disrespectful your employee is I got paid $495 for the first pair of shoes and I went in multiple time for the shoes. Don't try to make me sound stupid. I went in yesterday and was told that the shoe just sold and the check won't be ready until next Tuesday. Please know that I'm not doing this because I want anything from you. I just want to let you know what kind of service I get after denying to sell the shoes for $475.
