  • I bought my car from this dealership back in November. I got a slightly used/certified pre-owned vehicle, and got a great deal on it! The problem with this is that I was sold a vehicle with minor paint damage, chips in the windshield, and with a bad alignment. We were told all of these items were going to be fixed at their expense, I thought "great, it'll be everything I wanted!" They did fix the paint spots, but that is about it. We were told they would not do anything for the chips in the windshield because they were already filled in (even though they are directly in my line of sight). We were told they did an alignment, but in reality they only rotated my tires until the car was not pulling anymore. We just realized they did not do the alignment because we went somewhere else to get a routine oil and tire rotation service done, and my car is pulling just as bad as it was when I bought it. Their service department sucks and does not fix the problems they say they will. I will never go back to this dealership.
