I've been here twice, first for a manicure and then for a mani pedi (all regular, no shellac), both times with Kim, and both times as a walk-in.
Cleanliness: Great. They do seem to be very conscientious of the best higiene-related practices.
Location: Great (obviously from where I live).
Price: Decent. It isn't the cheapest spot in town, but not super expensive either.
Service: Good. They don't pamper you (which would be a plus), but they are courteous and polite.
Quality of the manicure: Very good. Not great. Cuticle work could do with more improvement but that seems to be the norm with every manicure in Toronto.
Quality of pedicure: Very good.
If they wanted to improve their business they should either lower their prices OR improve their service. Right now they are too average on both fronts to be worth it for someone who doesn't live next door.
