  • So I'm giving this place 2 stars::: one for the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. The second star is for how clean the establishment was. From the waiting room to the treatment rooms to the bathroom everything was very clean. That's where the positive experience ends. My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples massage. I asked specifically for my shoulders to be worked on. That was literally the only issue and I talked about and I wanted the focus of my massage to be on that. I was taken by surprise when my shoulders were NEVER worked on! 85% of my massage was on my legs... And even that was pretty much just lotion being rubbed on them. I was tempted to call it quits half way through the service, but didn't want to ruin my boyfriends experience. When we were done I found out my boyfriend had the exact same experience. So two therapists there are inexperienced. Painful to pay for an hour of being disappointed. I have a very physical job & I can't wait to get some relief once in a while. It sucks when your hopes are crushed, you leave untreated & you pay. But I will say you do still need to pay. They did spend an hour on you, & their jobs are very physical as well. They don't realize they need more training. It's up to the manager to do a practical hands-on upon hiring.
