  • My wife was robbed in this store yesterday. A friend of ours was shot with a bb gun in the parking lot last year. We believe the staff may be involved. My wife is 9 months pregnant. She put her purse down to look at some items , turned around and her purse was gone. The staff was unwilling to assist. The Manger of the store ,Ryan, refused to allow us to review any type of camera footage that would help determine who had robbed my wife. He was cold, rude, inconsiderate, and very standoffish. I called yesterday and was told that i would get all the help i needed. Ryan, the manger of the store stated "I run a multi-million dollar business and our company policies are in place". Is this the type of manger that we want in our city or our stores. A person who is there to protect the criminal elements working his store. He should be ashamed for envoking company policy to protect a criminal. Either he is working with the criminals or he is to careless to be working at a "multi-million" dollar company. Crime has been a big problem at this walmart for many years. I have seen fights, drug use and sales, and basic disregard for general cleanliness at this store. Please beware of this place and watch out for the general manger Ryan as i believe he is there to protect criminals!
