Let me start by saying that I've never been in to this location. I did, however, call them to ask a few questions about their pricing and am leaving this review as a result. When I called, the person on the phone clearly had no idea what she was taking about because every time I answered a question, she had to turn around and yell to someone in the background before returning to the phone with an impatient answer. The customer service simply on the phone was irritable and quickly resulted in me never wanting to go there. Just put someone on the phone who has a good personality and is willing to work with people that know little-to-nothing about pet grooming, like myself. It's not my fault you don't know what a belgian malinois is and that you also don't know your pricing model, so quit acting like I'm inconveniencing you.
