  • Tuscany Suites and Casino is a really good hotel but there is ONE thing that they need to improve on. The hotel looks nice, has great spacious rooms and nice beds. The bathroom is amazing and very well designed. In addition, the room itself has a small kitchenette where you can make your own coffee and "perhaps" have breakfast. The reason I say "perhaps" is because the hotel doesn't provide some kind of utensils in their rooms. I totally understand why that is in terms of encouraging customers using the hotel's own cafes, but what if there are customers with special dietary needs who would have to prepare their breakfasts in their rooms. In that case, not having some type of utensils does create a little bit of inconvenience. We tried to ask for some plastic utensils, and the hotel could not provide them, unfortunately. Overall, I'll stay there again, but the situation has to improve, however.
