  • Horrible, illiterate, unfriendly and extremely RUDE staff. They illegally towed my vehicle out of my own driveway in a PRIVATE residence where they did not have permission to even enter in the first place. When called out of their illegal actions they requested to talk to the office staff who also let them know that they did not have permission to enter, and they claimed they had photos of my car illegally parked but refused to show us. Which is ILLEGAL. When I finally was able to get a ride over to the impound lot, my car doors were magically unlocked and an $800 check and $300 cash was missing out of my middle console. I realize there are certain jobs for under educated people, but there should not be jobs like this offered to criminals.
