I always like coming to this Rona, since it's never crowded like the nearby Stockyards Home Depot is, and they also give Air Miles points and have the occasional good sale. The selection on some items (like hardware) isn't quite as good as it is at the Home Depot, but at least my money is going to a faceless Canadian corporation rather than a faceless American one.
But now it's time to vent: I was in this Rona in early October, and they had a bunch of Halloween crap in their seasonal section. When I was back there a few days ago (before Thanksgiving, even) the Halloween stuff had been replaced with Christmas crap. That's gotta be a new record for Christmas decorations! Who the hell is buying this stuff now (or ever, even)? What if I was on the fence as to whether I should get a life-sized animatronic Jason Voorhees for my front lawn? You just lost a sale, Rona. Shame!
