  • Picked this hotel for proximity to the Rock hall of fame, that's why it got two stars. Not impressed & actually disappointed in the hotel. Expected better overall quality. Our room definitely needs to be updated--furniture alittle beaten up , just dated drapes etc. Forget the shuttle--either never there, or pre booked, got directions from the front desk that were wrong. We were a 15-20 minute walk to 4th Street restaurants & Indians stadium, so we walked everywhere. We only went to the bar one night , bartender was nice but we felt like we were an interruption with her conversation with some other patrons. When we booked asked if they could help with renting a car, assured they could but that was the desk person giving us names of local car rental locations! Would stay somewhere else next time.
