A few months ago I had to start a fast search for a new vehicle because the transmission died on my old vehicle. I was greeted warmly by Andy O'Cana. I was primarily interested in hybrid vehicles at that time. He promptly showed me the Toyota Camry and Prius hybrids. I took several test drives with Andy, and he was patient with my desire to take my time in making my decision in which car I wished to purchase.
Based on my disappointment with the interiors of the Prius vehicles I focused on the Camry Hybrid. I had previously test drove the Honda Accord Hybrid, which was, at the time, the major competitor to the Camry Hybrid. After several test drives of the Camry Hybrid Andy arranged for an Accord Hybrid to be on-site so that I could do a side-by-side comparison of the two vehicles. I was more impressed with the interior of the Accord than the Camry. My back was hurting after a few test drives in the Camry, which was the deal breaker in my mind.
In interactions with the dealership I feel like I was provided with a reasonable quote for the Camry Hybrid, but it did not work out because of my vehicle preference listed above. However, I appreciated the low pressure sales tactic, and the fact that they brought in a competitor's vehicle so that I could make an informed decision. I recommend working with Andy if you have are in the market for a vehicle, and are considering a Toyota.
