  • Totally incompetent and a perfect example of why competition works. Sent me a bill for a vacant rental property acknowledging that they had not sent the bill promptly and it was late. Called immediately and made a credit card payment. Didn't write down the confirmation # because you never need them. Two weeks later they sent me to collections and have no record that they ever processed a payment.. Complete jerks.
