  • I will give a thumbs-up to this place even though it's not really the kind of joint at which I would do serious hang-time. HOWEVER, if you have any kind of lady in your life, take them here and they will freaking love it. The handmade candy is outstanding, and the wine/beer selection is pretty good as well. The main drawback, at least for a dude like me, is that they only have a "tasting license." That means that you can only get very small helpings of wine or beer to match up with your delicious sweet treats. I don't know about you, but the more alcohol you ply me with, the more I am willing to get sloppy with my debit card. That said, this is a primo spot to hit before or after dinner. (And every single person who works there in service is as nice as can be.)
