  • Good lord!!! These people are running a huge scam. I went to a three day festival this past weekend. When I got back late Sunday night neither mine or my friend's room keys were working. So we called the number on their front door since the lobby completely shuts down after 11pm. The man that came to open the door was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention that there was another individual I didn't know who's key was not working. These people definitely deactivate cards in order to charge $35 cash to open your room when you have no other choice. Apparently it's in the fine print when you check in and sign your receipt. This is NOT OKAY and I will be complaining to the better business bureau.
