  • If i could give this salon zero stars i would....firstly, we had a booking for saturday for 12.30pm we arrived at 12.31pm and checked in, were told that it would only be a few minutes to wait for the stylist to finish. I explained it was my friend's wedding, and so it was imperative that she was seen first as we were already off to a rather disastrous start to the day with the cake turning out very badly. At 12.55, we were getting stressed as we were still not seen to and again, the reception lady came over to say "she'll only be 5 more minutes"....then walked away. She was totally clueless as to the importance of the appointment we had NOR did she have any clue about how stressful it was for us that we were still sitting there 30 MINUTES after our original appointment. at 1.15pm she again came over to say that the stylist was a few minutes away and by this stage, we were so irate and stormed out of the salon. I understand being pushed back if we had NO appointment but the fact was, we DID have a f***ing appointment so i would really like to know who is supposed to be managing this part of the business as it needs a looking into BIG TIME!!! i would never ever recommend these guys! terrible terrible service.
