| - I saw dr Kazemi,two weeks ago for regular check up,he decited to folow up with EcHo.My husband and I really liked the doctor and his way to treat patients,so he decited to schedulle app with me for my next visit.The girl at the front desk gave us same date diferent hours mine was 1:45,husband was 2:45.So we went there today both of us and face the same girl at the front desk as our last visit-if you get to be helped by Demy,don't expect to be treat like a "welcome back patient"(at least this time she wasn't full mouth with chips with "excuse my snaking"greeting)They did mistake and skip my husbad app,we asked why and how they are going to fix that,since he has to leave his job to be on time there,and then Demy started witj her attitute,she was so rude so unprofesional and mean,that i got disgusted and had to leave canceling all the future visits.Dear dr.Kazemi you just lost cash payment of $220 plus $80 and who knows how much you charge my insurance as well,only because Demy didn't do her job right and instead of appology and a smile he gave us the worse experiense.I will never come back,fix your customer service desk!!!
