  • Two words: Lou Gordon. My husband and I have done three transactions with Lou in the last three years, and we love him like a member of the family. Forget the seminal question, "Would you buy a car from this man?" I would get in a foxhole with this man. I would trust him to do the right thing in any situation. Lou is a total mensch. Rigorously honest. Really sweet. Funny. Real. I just love the guy. I guess I feel that way about Lou because he takes care of you before, during and long, long after the purchase. He really cares, years after the money has already changed hands. You can't fake that.
