  • So I reviewed this place before and it was not a very good review, and I decided to give it another chance. BAD IDEA! The owner is STILL rude. She argues with you and says she does everything herself and makes no mistakes therefore you must be wrong. The customer service is absolutely atrocious! I cannot believe this place has lasted this long in Old Town Scottsdale. The clientele deserve better. If you are looking for a shellac manicure there are plenty of better, more pleasant places to go!
