  • This is what you're looking in a repair technician - spent the time to explain how they came to the diagnosis and what the repair options were along with the potential side effects. I'm ashamed to say that I had already invested $250 in another appliance repair company who wanted to replace my control boards...not these guys, they found the actual issue. One diagnostic fee later and my fridge is working...now I'm trying to get those other guys to refund my money!
