rev:text	So I found Brian here on Yelp cause it's about that time to be using our AC. I have really bad allergies so I wanted to be sure it wasn't going to be that bad this year. I messaged him via Yelp and he responded to me within a 12 hour time period with my quote for cleaning our condo. He even gave an estimated time on how long everything was going to take, which was an 1 1/2- 2 hours. His quote was $159 for us which I thought was amazing!! What made us choose him over a bigger company is the fact that he's a one man show. It's his business AND he's got a regular job as well! He's been doing this for 14 years too. He came on time and he was very professional. He was quick with his set up and explained what he was going to be doing. I have 2 little chihuahuas so they're very noisy little things, but he tried to befriend them but they are usually skittish around strangers. So that's a plus and it didn't bother him that my male dog was following him sometimes. After he was done with the main part of the cleaning process he sanitized the main return area. He even cleaned up the little bits and pieces that fell from the ducts! I wasn't expecting him to so I thought that was even better on his part too. We had quite a bit of questions about our ac system and he was able to answer our questions and even gave us some recommendations. I must say it was an overall amazing experience. Our air just smells better already. We don't have to get another cleaning for 5 years, so we definitely will be calling him again! He's gotten pretty busy too so don't get upset if he doesn't respond ASAP, it's just him answering emails and messages/phone calls.
