  • Great place overall. Just don't go to Tom Guth, the GM for anything. He is rude and will never return calls from upset guests. Left him 5 messages in a week and he never returned one of them! Other than him it is a great hotel, friendly staff, great restaurants, rooms and gaming. Just hope you don't need to deal with Tom Guth the GM as he will ignore you and your concerns. Stuns me they have such an unprofessional person as him there in that position.
