  • Worst experience I have had with any auto care company. I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday so i figured anybody that dealt with tires could plug a tire. Samuel said it would take 30-40 min. After 30 min. he said well we can't plug your tire and you will have to buy a tire and I said i just want it plugged and he said it went in at an angle and went through the seam of the tire he said my only option was to buy a tire.and he let me know they did do a check of my fluids etc and i needed an air filter. I let him no I didn't need one as i had just replaced it myself 2weeks ago . I told him I didn't want anything done except for putting on my spare tire. I drove straight to a used tire shop to by a used tire . The young man that was working was very helpful found me a good used tire and i explained what had brought me there. He said i want to check your tire and after checking it and testing it he said your tire is fine . I asked if he was sure and he put the tire and wheel back together and said yes its fine he said your a lady with a nice car they just figured you would pay. I wouldn't trust them with my car care! There is no option for less than 1 star or I would have given a zero!
