My review is regarding SRP's irrigation service. I've been a customer for 24 years. This service is unreliable, drastically inconsistent in their water delivery, and customer service normally finds a way to shrug off customer complaints by attempting to place blame on the customer. This is extremely frustrating when you depend and plan on that water!
You pay for this water and you have to take time off work or wake up at 2 am to accommodate their scheduling and you plan all of your yard work around the SRP schedule. This is ownership and acceptable...
What is unacceptable is : Being told at 1:50 am to go drive around and try to figure out why there isn't any water coming into the yard...arguing with people in offices who hold up for their employees rather than investigate a 24 year customers complaint and have no resolutions for getting water to you when their employees actually did cause you to miss water...and now your dry yard and dying trees have to wait two more weeks to "try again"...and getting less than 1/3 of your normal amount of water for the second time in a row!!! And honestly there is nothing you can do because SRP is unwilling to hear you...
