I would give them a negative star if I could. I have been shopping at Macy's for 20 years and have been a long time loyal customer spending a lot of money with them. I purchased an Effy ring at this Macy's location in March of this year. 40 days after I bought it (and $250 later AFTER the item was marked down 50%) the gold plating started to lift up on the ring. It was clearly a defect. I took it back to Macy's to return it. Because I had worn it and because it was more than 30 days since the date of purchase they wouldn't even look at the ring and simply stated they could not help me. Wow. Didn't even offer an exchange. Not that I would want to purchase more of the defective designer's jewelry or spend more money at Macy's. Those days are OVER. Bye, Macy's.
