  • I called them on a Friday night, about midnight or slightly after when our air conditioning went out. They said someone would call that night/early a.m. SIX HOURS later I called them and I wasn't even scheduled. They said someone would call me and schedule. Someone called an HOUR LATER. I said never mind. By that time, heat exhaustion had taken its heavy toll on my wife and I. I will never call this company again and cannot recommend anyone give them a chance. Shameful service -- one hour service? Turned into 7 hours before I gave up.
