| - Having visited the Milton location, I was excited to have a Snugglebugz closer to home. But what a disappointment.
Our visit yesterday resulted in tons of answers, from all the staff of "I'm not sure, we'd have to look that up" and "you'd have to ask someone else, I'm not sure". I expected them to be experts, which is why I chose to go there for baby gates... but countless staff really had no idea how to help us figure out what we needed for our particular railings. One staff member even said "you'd have to research that and figure out what you need". Really?! I thought by visiting a "knowledgeable" store, I WAS doing my research!?
The part that really threw me off, was that one staff member pointed out that my 11-month old was grinding her teeth... I hadn't even noticed, and I guess it was part of the new tooth that she has coming in this week. But it was really driving the staff member batty, and she was not being gracious about it at all. She backed away from us and said "ugh, I really can't stand that".
It put me on edge and made ME uncomfortable, and for what reason? Is that really such a big deal? And don't you have to deal with babies ALL the time at a baby store? Deal with their odd behaviours!
