  • I'm very disappointed in the treatment of us the customers. You abruptly stopped the survey cards. I contacted Zia via the website, IG & Twitter and never got a response as to why and if they would honor the existing survey cards out there. Now I see they've added a survey to bottom of the receipts and reduced the discount to 10%. It's tough enough trying to avoid getting jumped at this location. Now, cutting the survey discount stinks. If I didn't have lots of store credit I wouldn't risk going here.
