  • I just bought a house alittle less than a year ago, but after only a few months after moving in my plaster started chipping in the pool. As you can imagine it was a huge stress to me as money was tight. So I reached out to several companies and ended up choosing row custom to do the job. At first everything was great. The salesman was nice and everything seemed like it would be taken care of. I have never owned a pool or a house so this was all new to me. The pool was plastered and since it was done in winter months the pool wasn't used until recently. However now my pool still looks like crap because as soon as I turned on the light the glass busted out into my pool! I called row and of course in small print it states the light may dry out during the work and could break. my salesman said "well I didn't want to up sell you to getting a new light when we did the plaster" umm so now I'm left with a busted light that will not be a cheap fix, around $600 is what I'm being told! And to top it off I have these weird stains in my plaster on the bottom. For $3,000 cash I expected a professional job! I am just beyond myself at what a mess and how un helpful and honestly rude the company has been when I reached out about the light. I was not asked if I wanted to replace the light at time of sale! Because again I was told he didn't want to up sale me. Had I know there would be a good chance of this happening I would have considered it! And can you explain why there is discoloration in my plaster? And what looks like chips by the filter?
