  • BEWARE. What they tell you on the phone is not true!!! I called gave all my info explained to the lady on the phone that I had my purse stolen and did not have a photo ID she stated "As long as you have something from Motor Vehicle stating you have a new one ordered you will be fine" Now I drove all the way from the East side of Phoenix in severe pain. I called them to update my insurance info was pulling in and mentioned my drivers license issue they then told me they could not see me. After I drove all the way there. Thank god I saw Alpha Dental right across the street. They were a god send not to mention very beautiful office. Amazing Doctor and Staff and very affordable. In a way I'm glad this happen because I have now found an amazing new dentist. Big loss Western Dental because I have a big mouth. Big loss.
