Three years ago, I thought Boulders was a fantastic climbing gym. The routes were varied and changed on a regular basis. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make Boulders a gym that stood out from the rest. But now, three years later, the climbs are primarily bouldering focused which is fine but they lack creativity and are rarely changed. The main issue with the gym currently, is the staff. The staff is uninviting, lacks climbing insight and will not make much of an effort for the customer. Not to mention, the music is uninteresting and lacks motivation for the climber. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt because there is potential. Let's hope changes are made to the atmosphere of the facility to make it more personal.
