  • First of all, let me say I'm glad I didn't read the YELP reviews before I hired the team from Sparkle Tech. I had also purchased a Living Social deal. James advised me, due to the size of my home, that the deal wouldn't cover everything I needed. He immediately offered to refund my money or credit the entire value of the voucher for the service I actually needed. He was polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They are just now finishing my house, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They even cleaned off a ledge in my two story dining room that I had been unable to reach. I'm absolutely thrilled with their service, and I would recommend them again. Are they the cheapest deal in town? No. Are they professional? YES Did they get grime off my windows I'd been able to handle myself? YES Bottom line... I'll hire them again.
