I've been coming to this location for a very long time. Have rented even for a full month and have always had great service. Until I talked to Kylie. I've had experience with the manager in almost every representative except her. I called this morning to find out why after I return to my vehicle yesterday I never got an email receipt or a deposit return. She basically asked me my last name and I told her and she said that's the whole email? I apologized and said oh I'm sorry I thought you said last name she just got quiet. So I gave her my email and then she says that it takes 5 to 7 days for it to return and I said I know that but I have PayPal business which normally goes through as soon as the deposit authorization is initiated. I told her that I never got an email either and she said well let me get your last name. I gave her my last name AGAIN , And she said that's it? I said yes and then I gave her my first name she had a very condescending tone. She told me I'll look into it and let you know and send you an email receipt again. Obviously I would have gotten the receipt if it was actually sent and she didn't care to listen to anything else and rushed me off the phone and was extremely rude. The one key indicator that possibly it was not complete was when I returned it he said he was going to pend it because Chandler autobody was paying for the rental and I was just paying for the deposit. After years of service at this location I think I may be revisiting a different company because of her rude and condescending attitude and inability to even look into my account I was on the phone for a total of two minutes that includes the automated system that's how fast she rushed me off the phone and I intend to write a review everywhere until this is resolved.
