  • I was having a noise issue with my brand new Frigidaire fridge. Frigidaire arranged for Appliance Express to come out and complete the warranty work. The technician, Lee, was awesome. He called ahead of time and gave me an accurate arrival time. When he was here, he got right to work, fixed the issue and even helped tighten up a few other things with the fridge (door handle was loose, etc). He could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable or polite. Give this man a raise, he's an asset to the company as I will now use Appliance Express in the future based upon my interaction with Lee. Thank you
