rev:text	I was there this past weekend to see a movie with my family. I am a crown club member and was sure I had more points than I actually did. I was disappointed and spoke with Sean (I believe that was his name - he had glasses and I was the manager on duty) he was patient professional and made sure I was heard and handled my transaction like a true pro! I really appreciate great customer service and it's rare anymore thanks to the Red Rock crew we are happy campers and will continue coming back time after time!
