If you love overly corporate landlords, this is your place. If you're looking for a company actually capable of independent thought, this is not your place. The application process is run by automated systems, there is paperwork for EVERYTHING & staff are very limited on what the automated system will allow them to do. It's like having a computer for a landlord. Need a battery for your garage remote? Fill out a work order & wait. Yes, I literally saw them make someone fill out a work order for a BATTERY. Income requirements for this place are completely absurd. I have $18k cash, make $75k a year, my company is financially backed by a multi-millionaire & I got denied. It's almost laughable. I can walk into any bank in this country & buy a house nearly on the spot, but Paypal statements aren't good enough for this place - they even said they've "never heard of" Paypal. Who has never heard of the biggest payment processor on the face of the internet!? They're also the only property out of about 200 of them that take student loans into account when deciding creditworthiness. The clincher & what just made me glad we were denied, is having to digitally sign a contract just to get them to mail back the $100 holding deposit I put down & have been waiting a week to receive. I am not a fan of hassles & this place is very big on hassling you. The gals that work there are AWESOME but the company that owns this is apparently obsessed with paperwork, automation & corporate culture no one outside a boardroom actually enjoys. We'll look elsewhere & know to avoid this management company in the future.
