My husband's car overheated by the Fremont Hotel and I called State Farm(my insurance company's road side service) at 2pm and it was 103 out. We were told 777 Towing would be there in 60 minutes. In the meantime I drove to pick my husband up and waited with him for the tow truck. After 60 minutes we called and were told 20 minutes more, as the driver was still on Decatur (OMG! Really). Then we called after that and were told 15 more minutes more. Almost 2 hours later 777 finally showed up.When I got homed I googled 777 Towing who has a D rating with the BBB, yet they are not accredited, and of course found all these reviews(complaints). I am in the process of filing complaints with the roadside emergency company and also State Farm. They need to know who they are doing business with. I am ready to go to a different Insurance company after this experience. DON'T USE 777 Towing if you value your time and health. It's a little ironic that reading several Yelp reviews that the company had to wait for the customer 5 minutes and the company lost it's mind along with the tow driver leaving. Yet the expect customers to wait hours . What a joke these clowns are!
