  • Called to ask a simple pool question, thinking because Shasta installed our pool, they would know the answer to a very simple question or be able to direct me to someone who might be able to help. The woman I spoke with was literally one of the rudest most unprofessional individuals I've ever talked with over the phone. It was surreal. She sounded like she was incapacitated in some way and when I asked if she was okay, she hung up and the phone. ZERO stars for you.
