  • The M is a little known secret when it opened. Their buffet was awesome. It has changed somewhat but it is still very good. They have the open booze bar where you can drink all the wine you want. The seafood is good, desserts awesome, and the salad bar is really good too. The view is really nice if you are lucky enough to get a window seat facing North. If you can, ask them to seat you there. The wait does get pretty long so count on waiting 45 minutes+ when you come near dinner time.
