  • Wow!! Dropped my iPhone5 and was desperate on where to have it fixed. Looked on craigslist and saw affordable deals for $60. Feeling skeptical about the Craig's deal, and I happen to walk in this store at SuperstitionMall. Zach the ultimate customer Service man, didn't pressure me into anything and answered all my questions regarding cracked phones. Gave it a try and figured oh well at least I'm in a store and not some random dude in a van fixing my phone in a parking lot. Zach fixed my phone, and made me make sure I'll say that again, made me make sure it's good or he'll redo it. No need to redo it was done perfectly and also he didn't have to hide in the back to fix it. I mean he fixed it the whole time in front of me. Customer service is key and this place has it. Your phone broke, iPad or whatever, don't hesitate and come here for sure!!! I'm not one to give credit only to where credit is due. Zach is the man and he'll take care of you. Seriously no regrets and don't trust the Craig's cheap stuff.
