  • Buyer Beware Do Not purchase from this company. I purchased two sets of cabinets one for my home and one set for my mother's home. I called because my cabinets started to peel. They came out took a look and told me it was a bad batch and replaced my door fronts and drawer fronts no problem. A year later my mother's cabinets did the same thing. So I called and receptionist was horrible. I left a message asking for someone to give me a call back. Later that day a manager calls me back and says she personally will go to my mother's (78years old) and check the cabinets to see if it is a warranty issue or water damage. Side note no water damage. But okay I went with it. She called me a few days later and said we charge a 50$ trip charge and we will take a look. So okay we paid 50$. Carlie (the manager) she agrees it is a bad batch and we will get it replace free of charge. Kinda we have to pay the 50$ trip charge. So install day is here and they start taking off doors and replacing the drawers. In the middle I get call saying that she made a mistake and In order to complete the job they need 170$. Or they will not complete it and leave. Unprofessional and do not stand by their warranty. Not to mention installer has terrible customer service. Carlie the manager calls and I am not happy with her telling me I need to cough up 170$ in order for them to complete the job. Then when I tell her no way she was the one the went to the home checked her self and ok'd the warranty work she hung up on me. I called and spoke to the receptionist (rude) and I asked that owner call me. Still waiting.... 10min later Carlie calls and leave me a message that they will finish the job and she doesn't appreciate my business. It's funny they didn't say that when I was referring them to friends and family that purchase sets of cabinets through them. Buyer beware! Bad customer service bad business ethics! To top it off installer asked for another check of 35$ when he left. Which was already paid. He replied it was noted on his invoice. Unbelievable! Terrible!
