  • Had a lot of problems from the start.started this process in May. They offered to submit HOA paperwork and never followed up on wether it got approved until I called them... Turns out they didn't turn in all the paperwork so I had to wait extra time. They didn't stay in contact with me. Just decide to send people to start work on my house without notifying me first. Then they installed the wrong plants and trees and didn't complete the paver work we had agreed upon. Had to call them multiple time to get updates and get stuffed fixed. Everything was finished in November. So four days of labor took 7 months to be completed. A little ridiculous. The end results were really nice but as far as customer service it sucked.
