  • Wow I cannot even believe this place. Words can not even express my anger. I went in to get a little trim 2 months before my wedding I was not looking for a new look I was just wanting a little maintenance. My hair stylist knew my goals. I have a long beautiful hair that goes all the way down my back and Jeffrey took it upon himself to chop off 5 inches and cropped it just below my shoulders. I am devisisted. I should have known just from looking at him that I was gonna be in trouble. Never trust a hairdresser that has a funky haircut. They all think they're artist and they all think they know best & do whatever they want even if you don't agree with it. I took my concern to the manager Colleen but she treated me even worse. She was completely condescending and rude. "Yes mrs, I will refund your $14" even though I spend $100 on the service and no amount of money can buy me my hair back before my big day.
