  • Dr. Damaj, head of Horizon View Medical Practice - This practice is a real mess. The staff is arrogant, sloooow, cannot process prescriptions to save a life. It was so bad I had to drive prescriptions there and stand there and argue with office staff to process. The pharmacy called and called and they don't even answer the phones!!! Don't try and call for appointments, again they do not answer their phones in a timely manner. I took the abuse for three years because one of the doctors was exceptional. Dr. Dunsmoore is no longer at this practice, thankfully he moved to another practice, one that treats me with respect, and the doctor is not running around putting out fires for the office staff. This is NO EXAGGERATION. Billing? expect to get doubled billed, over crowded waiting rooms, piles and piles of papers stacked up on desks, and every time I was there which was often, people were always getting ugly with the staff for one reason or another. Terrible environment. They recently added an in-office lab, this is a nice convenience, and the lab technician was very good.
