  • Horrible service department. The staff was very unwelcoming to say the least. I went in to get a mirror replaced on my car and they told me how much it was going to be and that they might be able to schedule me in for Monday even though the part would be one an painted by Thursday. I requested a Friday appointment and they said they couldn't do that because they weren't 100% sure if the part was going to be ready (even though they previously said it would be ready) and to call back Wednesday or Thursday to book a Friday appointment. I called Hyundai Wednesday afternoon 2 times. And several more times on Thursday beginning at 7:30 (the moment they open) and left messages with different people in the department. I finally gave up at 4pm and still had not received a response. Finally I had enough and drove down to the dealership and approached them in person.
