If I could give no stars I would. I'm a travel nurse and do three month assignments- I was told by their staff that I could return to my home which doesn't have a la fitness within a 25 mile radius, and be able to cancel my contract. I was lied to and now they are telling my Im out over a 1000$. Their policies defend their employees and allow them to lie to their customers (me being told I can get out of it no problem) hoping we don't read the fine print. Which I did not and therefor I am at fault, how these people can sleep at night is beyond me. I should introduce them to my sick grandmother who needs my help. This is the worst experience with customer services I have ever had- told I will be called back by managers three times and never has it happened. This is big business destroying the hard working American. My loved ones will now not be able to receive the money they need. I hope their employees wake up to the evil they inflict on people. Do not use their services would be my advice.
