Went for lunch (same menu as dinner so a bit pricey) and enjoyed the Chimayo Chicken which is a stuffed chicken breast with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, poblano chiles and asiago. Not much stuffing and the cheese was all oozed-out but it was tasty with some nice vege's and a great house salad. Probably wouldn't get again. My guest had the Richardson's combo which was more of a brunch item - two chicken enchiladas (outstanding) and a jalapeno benedict (great ham and hollandaise - light) and a mess of tasty asparagus - would highly suggest this dish. The heat level on everything was a bit light but we had not specified more. That was a bit disappointing.
