  • Well i have dropped here 4 times and i will NEVER EVER DROP SOMEONE OFF HERE AGAIN AND WILL PASS ON THIS INFO TO ALL UBER LYFT AND TAXI DRIVERS IN THE AREA. The place states they give drivers a kick back for the drop off of customers well i have done it the way they state which is wait for the customer to go in then notify the security. Well today the big over weight security guard that has a beard was a dick. I did my normal and he's like your suppose to wait with the customer i asked when that changed as to i was there a week ago and no one stated this was a problem. He gave me attitude and stated it's always been this way. And that i basicly won't get my kick back because i did it wrong? He said it's too busy to go search for the person. They let in 3 people including him and 1 was in line.... It's this easy i run a online group with the top 300 drivers in Vegas that make very good money and do a average of 100 rides a week if not more do the math. Also on several that have 3-4000 other drivers. If the owner wants our return business he may want to fire his security gaurd and contact us so we can maybe return but there's better places in town we can drop off too. So just understand that you are now missing out on a lot of advertising and money. Good luck hope your customer service is better.
