  • Karla is truly fantastic! To make a long story short, I wanted pink hair, and proceeded to go down that road with a different salon I had been going to. The result was not as I anticipated, and it left my hair in a very sad, dry state. Once the pink washed completely out after only 3 days, I was over it, and ready to get back to a healthy, more natural color. I did a very thorough search on Yelp to determine the best "fixer" in Phoenix. That's when I found Salon D'Shayn, and, more specifically, Karla. Karla lived up to every 5 star review. She is confident, considerate, and was very much on the same page as I. The damage I thought was irreparable, Karla nourished back to near perfection. The dead, pasty sheen of my locks, was replaced by vibrant, shiny color. And if that wasn't enough, Karla gave me a beautiful, sharp cut I've tried many times to obtain, but never once received before then. I cannot wait to go back for my next cut/color with Karla!
