I am leaving a 1 star because I cannot leave zero stars.
I work at a hospital in the valley, multiple times a week we have to call cabs for patients. On many occasions they have canceled the order without calling to let us know.
This last time when I called to inquire about why they had canceled 3 times without our knowledge there response was, "there was no drivers in your area at 7pm. And it's your responsibility to check on your reservation every 30 minutes." Excuse me but I believe that is extremely poor customer service. That should not be my responsibility to check on a reservation that YOU cancel.
When we asked to speak to a supervisor she told us the same thing as the prior dispatcher. We informed her we will no longer use their company due to poor customer service and her words were, "okay, that's fine."
Take your business elsewhere.
